Commercial Real Estate
Brian Anderson is a commercial real estate, finance and lease lawyer. Projects have included the disposition of hospitals, quarries, waterparks, casinos, dams, resorts, golf courses, factories, condominiums, condominium-hotels, and office buildings across the United States. His clients are primarily corporations, Indian tribes or other institutional owners and developers.

Before practicing law, Mr. Anderson was a math and English teacher in rural Wisconsin and rural Kenya. He attended the University of Maryland School of Law and clerked with a Baltimore non-profit, urban redevelopment corporation, and with The Nature Conservancy at its international headquarters. Following law school, he worked in the business transactions group of the Venable law firm in Baltimore.
