Ken Nowakowski is a shareholder in the Milwaukee office of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek where he concentrates his practice in commercial and business litigation, including intellectual property and technology related matters. He has litigated cases in federal and state court, and various appellate courts including the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, Wisconsin Supreme Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. His practice also includes arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
