Kate L. Albrecht is a public finance paralegal in the Milwaukee office of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. Kate assists attorneys with preparing documentation required for various types of public finance transactions including general obligation and revenue bonds, lease financings, industrial development bonds, bond anticipation notes, tax and revenue anticipation notes and refundings. She works closely with the attorneys in their roles as bond counsel, bank counsel, underwriter’s counsel and borrower’s counsel and has an integral role in communicating with clients in many types of municipal finance transactions.
