WHD's Barbara Zabawa will be a panel presenter for "The Supreme Court Speaks: What the PPACA Opinion Means for Business," an ALFA International tele-seminar on Tuesday, July 24, 2012.

Presentation Details 
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) will be explained using non-technical language and focusing on changes that will affect businesses over the next two to three years, including (1) the recent Supreme Court decision regarding the individual mandate; (2) the mandate for employers to provide coverage to their full time employees; (3) the role that exchanges are expected to play; and (4) other new developments. This tele-seminar will be approved for one hour of CLE in most states.
