Pam Price is a paralegal in the Milwaukee office of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek, where she has assisted in the litigation of products liability cases in federal and state courts throughout the United States.

Representative Work

  • Assisted national counsel and Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek attorneys in the defense of nationwide claims brought by a class of plaintiffs claiming personal injury as the result of their use of the decongestant phenylpropanolamine (PPA), including locating and communicating with expert witnesses in specific areas of medical, environmental, and statistical expertise, reviewing and analyzing medical and employment records, and preparing detailed reports and analyses for use by the client and national counsel in valuing the potential claims in terms of risk and damages nationwide.
  • Assisted national counsel and Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek attorneys in the defense of claims brought against the manufacturers of medical devices, including the preparation of written discovery, review and analysis of medical and employment records, and preparation of detailed reports as requested by national counsel.
  • Assisted Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek attorneys in the defense of claims brought against an elevator/escalator manufacturer alleging defects in the design of safety and warning mechanisms, as well as negligence in the maintenance of its products, including the preparation of initial pleadings, written discovery, the review and analysis of medical and employment records, and preparation for and participation at trial, including exhibit preparation and maintenance, witness handling, and the preparation of jury instructions and special verdicts.
  • Assisted Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek attorneys in the handling of claims brought against the manufacturers of other types of equipment, including treadmills, grinders, scaffolding, water heaters, and all-terrain vehicles, including the preparation of written discovery, review and analysis of medical and employment records, and preparation for trial, including exhibit preparation and maintenance, witness scheduling and maintenance, and courtroom set-up.
  • Lectured on a variety of paralegal issues related to civil procedure and discovery strategies for the Institute for Paralegal Education and for in-house Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek seminars.
