Milwaukee – January 5, 2012 – The law firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. is pleased to announce that attorney Sverre David Roang has been awarded the Family Firm Institute’s (FFI) Certificate in Family Wealth Advising. Roang is the only professional in Wisconsin to receive the certificate, which is presented to individuals who have achieved comprehensive professional knowledge and gained significant expertise and insight into professional best practices that will be valued by family business owners and family wealth clients.
 
Roang is a shareholder in WHD’s Madison office and is co-chair of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. He works with a variety of businesses to lead them through all stages of their development, from formation, through growth, and the eventual transition or exit for the owners, including mergers, acquisitions, and various other transactions. Roang strives to be a trusted counselor to businesses and the families who own them, which helps them find practical solutions to complex issues.
